What do I pay creators?+
You set the pay when you create the campaign: tiered per video, CPM, base plus CPM, or a monthly retainer. Creators are paid from your campaign budget as their posts earn.
What's the minimum budget?+
$5,000 of creator budget for a new campaign. You can top up any time, and unspent budget is refundable when you end the campaign.
What's the platform fee?+
Your plan is the platform fee. It covers post tracking on every platform, review tools, the campaign channel and payouts to creators. It's billed monthly per campaign, and there's a one-time setup fee when you launch.
Do you take a cut of the creator budget?+
No. Every dollar of your creator budget goes to creators. Card payments add 3% for processing; bank transfers don't.
What counts as a creator at once?+
Your plan caps how many creators can be in a campaign at the same time, not how many you can ever approve. When someone leaves, a spot opens.
Can I hire campaign managers and coaches?+
Yes. Post a job with a monthly retainer. You pay monthly through Quail and can end it any time.
