Who can use Quail
You must be 18 or older. Payouts aren't available in countries under comprehensive Canadian or US sanctions.
Deals stay on Quail
Brands and talent who meet on Quail agree to keep work for each other on Quail for 12 months after they first connect. Payments made outside Quail aren't covered by Quail and may lead to account removal.
Rates are private
What a creator earns in a campaign is private between the creator and Quail. Creators agree not to share their rate with brands, and brands agree not to ask.
Locked rates
When a brand approves a creator, the pay terms at that moment are locked for that creator for as long as they stay in the campaign. Brands can raise pay; they can't lower it for existing creators.
Budgets
Brands fund campaigns in advance. Creators are paid from that budget as their approved posts earn. When the budget runs out the campaign pauses. Unspent budget can be refunded when a campaign ends, minus fees already charged.
Reviews
Brands can approve, ask for changes on, or reject posts before they're paid. Once a post has been paid it can't be un-approved.
Withdrawals
Talent can withdraw their wallet balance at any time. Instant bank payouts cost 1.5% (minimum $0.50). Standard payouts are free. Crypto and PayPal payouts are sent within 24 hours.
Taxes
Talent must provide tax information before their first withdrawal. Quail issues tax slips where the law requires it.
Disputes
Disputes between brands and talent are settled by Quail. Raise a dispute within 30 days of the payment it's about.
